My versa has been getting white horizontal lines and the face clock and watch information is faded. Anyone know what's going on? I've reset multiple times.. and customer service support said to call back if issues.. I seen this with my Charge 3 before it died.

My Fitbit is now lying in a drawer as it is unusable. Only 30 months old I didn’t expect it to have such a short lifespan. Bitterly disappointed and won’t be buying another Fitbit.

I let my battery die, recharged it and it came on, I called customer support. I reset the factory setting. I had to set it up as if it was new. That was about 4 hours ago, so far so good. It's working like it is supposed to work.
