Did the update and my screen started flickering black and white, then won't turn on.
Tried multiple reboots still the same...then it comes back and goes again?

Same here! Day before yesterday it began to flicker, reboot, till battery died. Next morning charged and it was fine till I put it on my wrist - then it started to flicker agaib and unsuccesful restart sessiod drained battery again 😞 1year old now, hope I still get my money back.

Great! Thx 🙂 It worked. After charging restarted manually (must say, I falsely assumed it had already restarted itself)! Changed clockface and now I wear it for an hour already without any flicker 🙂
not sure now, how to get oxygen readings without that special clockface.

This is great news and I hope you continue enjoying the Fitbit experience! Since the issue is resolved, you can try changing a clock face again to collect your SpO2 data. I too am having issues to email fitbit support to get email back they don't take emails to support now so what the hell am I supposed to do ? Just got a bog standard email saying go on forum

fitbit support, can you please help me I emailed fitbit support only to get a bog standard email to say they don't accept emails through fitbit support and to go on the forum.......can you PLEASE HELP ME !!! I've done the restart but now have no screen battery doesn't last an hour on a 100 %charge !!!!
