Versa 2 screen frozen and can’t see clock

This afternoon my watch clock disappeared and it’s frozen on the screen with exercise alarms etc 

The app says to download update . I have tried and rebooted iPhone 11 and Bluetooth . 
nothing is happening

The first thing to do is restart the watch.

 

Press and hold the back button for upto 10 seconds

until it vibrates or you see the Fitbit logo on the screen

then release the button.

I’m having a similar problem AFTER the update.  I restarted my Fitbit but still have the same problem

Do you shower with your watch on, or in the bathroom with you?
