I've only been wearing my Versa 2 watch for six weeks. A few days ago it stopped syncing and froze. The logo is on the screen but it won't swipe. I've tried holding in the button for 20+ seconds and this just causes the logo to disappear and reappear but it won't turn on. It keeps telling me the battery is flat and so I keep charging it, but the charge doesn't last long. It doesn't buzz/vibrate when I plug it in to the charger.
Basically it's just dead.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I recommend trying the following:
1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
2. Remove your watch and any other device from the Bluetooth settings on your phone..
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Restart your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
5. Keep your watch connected to the charging cable.
6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
7. Choose your watch from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

Hi, I have the same issue today 25 Dec. 2021. I had this watch for just a month and it works perfectly fine until it suddenly just stop and showing only logo. I tried all the advice here. Hold the back button... Unpair on bluetooth, restart the app, the phone. All doesn't work.
Please help.

Here's an update. So after my Fitbit versa 2 had suddenly just flashing logo for the whole day and trying all the advice won't work. Until suddenly it did restarted. Now it's fine and here's what I did.
1. I unpair from my bluetooth, delete the versa 2 from app. Put the watch on charger. Then I tried the 8 sec. Back button press, once the logo is gone, I release, once logo shows up, press again.
2. Watch shows logo with words to download the app. Then I add the Versa 2 again to my Fitbit app. Finally Fitbit watch connects and shows updating firmware again.
At this point all my saved music and data is gone from the watch.
But works as normal again.
Attention Fitbit: please rectify this firmware issue as most of us here experience the same thing. The watch is lovely, when it's working.

Hiya, mines starting doing the same thing, constantly cancelling all my workouts. Is there an easy fix, or do have to start looking for apple watches 🤢

It has been a headache (fitbit not working properly) since I have this health watch . I am saving my money to buy an apple or Samsung brand.

Same issue, changed timezone this am randomly by itself now just shows the logo and 001 at the bottom. Pushing the button only causes vibration and nothing else

I am having this same issue and have tried for 2weeks, and everything I can think of, waiting for the charge to die, do I can recharge it but, it does not. I am completely lost without my watch, please help.

Hi,
A few days ago my fit bit froze on the main screen. None of the icons when pressed (heat rate, steps, calories) were responding. But atleast the main screen was working.
But today my fitbit is stuck on the logo screen. I tried restarting, holding the button for the below mentioned timelines, it didn't work.
The fit bit doesn't vibrate when trying to restart.
It's just stuck on the screen.
Please help.

Hi I’ve tried this and nothing works. My Fitbit just goes to the logo and turns off right after, it doesn’t go past the logo screen

That's frustrating! Mine resolved itself but was still really slow and laggy, I went for a run and it would let me pause but wouldn't let me finish the activity 🙄 No warranty but Fitbit offered me 35% off. I just bought a Garmin 😂 2 year old electronics shouldn't be having a meltdown! I think I'm done with fitbit now

Update now in June 2022. My Fitbit battery got drain. After that it won't charge or on again. Tried all the advice here. It will show logo but then just won't charge even plug and now it's been 1week it's plug still zero% but the battery icon was flushing.
I really didn't expect this kind of issue with Fitbit. Such a disappointment and the seller even international warranty won't even respond.
