Hi! My Versa 2's screen keeps glitching in black and white noise like an old TV screen. I tried turning it off and on multiple times but it doesn't work. As I bought this product in 2018, it's out of warranty. Would there be any way to solve this issue?

hey
im just realizing that i didn’t write my reply in english haha. so what i was saying:
u can try turning it of and putting it in a cool room, do not charge it and leave it there for a couple of hours, it should be completely gone after that.
it does this weird glitchy thing because of overheating, therefore leaving it alone for a couple of hours in a chilled room (not the fridge!!!) should fix it.
please let me know if ut works, it worked for me 🙂
kind regards
kyra

hoi,

This worked!!
To be honest, I was skeptical at your suggestion at first because I never placed it anywhere warm, but turning it off for a few hours and let it rest actually did the trick.
Thank you so much for this!
