Versa 2 screen got frozen

When I finished my walk this morning and paused it, I couldn't  activate the "flag" in the upper right corner, it seems "frozen".  Any ideas on how to fix it?

@GolferJoy Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the frozen screen issue during the workout screen, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue doesn't happen again.

Hi @GolferJoy 

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. I would suggest restarting your tracker by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and the Fitbit log appears. You may lose your walk data, but it should unfreeze your screen. Fingers crossed it does the trick for you.
