My fitbit versa 2 screen was frozen on 'add payment'. I tried turning it off by holding the side button but no matter how long I hold it, it won't turn off.
I have tried changing the clock face and I have charged it to 100%.
Now it is stuck on 'source' screen and the clock is only showing the time not steps, cals etc. Screen won't change.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi Juan,
On versa 2 there is only one button on the side, no back button. I have held the side button but nothing is happening.
The clock is on but no steps or other data been shown. The screen in unresponsive.
