Since the update I only have a solid green line across my screen. I can see the "shell" of my clock face, but absolutely no numbers or data is populating. I've tried to change to a different face but still get same result- see the shell but no data. I'm just walking around with a blank screen on my wrist and that's NOT okay.

I see you have tried changing your clock face to fix your screen issue but that didn’t help. Have you tried restarting your Versa 2 to see if that helps.
Here’s how to restart your device: Just press down and hold the button on your Versa 2 then release the button when the Fitbit Logo appears. You should feel the averse 2 vibrate letting you know the restart is complete.
