Versa 2 screen has developed a white lines

  • Screen constantly been having white moving lines  looks like static and can't see any details on screen. Tried turning off but didn't help.😥

Hi there, @Mazza2021. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

If you haven't done so yet, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
