Hi all.
I’ve  had my Fitbit for just under a year but things started going wrong around 4 months ago. It started off with my Fitbit glitching but then it wouldn’t let me do anything. I’ve kept it off for a long time and now I’ve paired it again I’ve got blue lines going down my Fitbit screen and the clock and apps are all green. When I click into an app it goes to the clock face first and then into the app. I’ve looked through lots of other issues like mine and I’ve tried everything. It’s just doesn’t seem to work. Please help me fix this issue. Thanks.
Olivia

Hi @OliviaD27 Try to Restart your Tracker  a few times and see I that clears the face.if it doesn't change the clockface. If that doesn't help get in touch with Fitbit Support  . If it is less than a year old, hopefully it will still be coveredby the warranty.

Thanks. I’ve tried restarting it already many times. It just won’t work.
