Versa 2 screen has developed vertical and horizontal lines

hello 

 

The screen on my versa 2 is showing random vertical and horizontal lines and showing colours blue and yellow.

 

Tried doing all resets and nothing is working and I can’t read the screen. 

I haven’t bashed it or anything I just went to check the time and it was like it.

 

this has happened to me before and I had to get a replacement tracker. Only had this new tracker for just over a month and this has happened again.

 

What do I do?

May be another faulty watch. Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
