Versa 2 screen has frozen

I have had my Fitbit Versa 2 starting November 1, 2019. 

Has worked great until about mid-January 2020.

It constantly vibrates to alert me it is restarting or has froze. Shows only the Fitbit logo of the real diamond of little dots. 

When using the watch, I have noticed the time is 10 minutes slow, with multiple attempts to sync with my phone (android) 

I have done a hard reset & factory reset still having issues. Changes clock face to one provided by Fitbit, and not and outside creator. Still my Versa 2 is freezing & restarting. 

Very frustrating. I got this as a gift for myself from a rewards app through work. 

How do I fix this issue?

All answers I have found in the help section/help forums, have not helped.

A hard reset is when the user shuts the unit off.

Yes, I've done both. Nothing has worked!

The same thing is happening to me. I got my Versa 2 around the same time as you (birthday gift from my husband). It just states with the vibrating and displaying the logo (no time). Will try resetting.
