Versa 2 screen has gone all fuzzy

The screen on my Versa 2 has gone all fuzzy I cannot use it t all, can anyone advise? Thank you

Hi there, @Winifredeb. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to bring back the screen of your Versa 2.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
