Versa 2 screen has gone black but still has a charge

My Versa 2 screen has a 67% charge and is monitoring my heart rate and counting my steps AND syncing with my phone, but the screen has gone black!  

I did change some settings on it a few hours ago, so the clock face would stay on and I turned it up to bright, but now I can't get anything to show on screen. I've tried turning it off and on, and it vibrates as if it is functioning correctly, but I can't SEE anything. Please HELP. I've only had it two weeks.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
