Versa 2 screen has gone blank and won't restart

About an hour ago I pressed the button on my Versa 2 to check the calories I had burned for the day and nothing happened. I charged the battery to 100% this morning so the battery had not run out. I have tried to restart the device as shown in the troubleshooting tips and it hasn't restarted. There are no lights on the device and when I charge it nothing seems to happen. It's not quite a year old and it is the 2nd device I have owned after encountering a similar issue with my 1st one. Is there anything else I can do to get the device working again? Thank you

I have the same problem today! Was 100% yesterday, just looked at it today. 3% battery, screen dead.  everytime they do an update it's like amateur hour. I have to remove the device and start from square one. So irritating.

Me too! They sent me a replacement one and now I can’t update that one or connect it to my phone. It’s only about 5 months since I got this one- really unreliable

Me as well—Saturday I woke up and looked at it to check the time and it was dead.

I had the same thing happen WHILE on the phone with Fitbit tech support! The tech was troubleshooting my device. He performed a factory reset on it. It turned off and wouldn't come back on! He told me told let it charge and call back. Did that and the rep that picked said that I needed a device and they would offer me 30% off of a new one!! She said that they couldn't replace because it was over 12 months old. I said it completely shut off while YOUR tech support was troubleshooting it! I said that was unacceptable so she escalated the issue and that someone would be reaching out to me. Welp, it's been over a month and NOTHING. I will be contacting them again this week!

That happened for me too. But I had also changed the watch face. So one or the other worked!
