My versa 2 screen has turned green this morning, no times, logos or anything on show, just a blank green screen. It is still recording everything as I can see it in the app, just not on the watch.
I’ve tried changing the clock face and tried factory resetting but still just the same.

After chatting with an adviser and being told to change the clock and try a reset (which I’d obviously tried numerous times and told the adviser this at the start), I’ve now received an email advising me to buy a new one, with 35% discount. I won’t be doing that, I’d rather try a different brand. Any recommendations anyone?
customer service (although friendly), not helpful in the least
