I don't have an answer... but curious if this started on Christmas eve for you as well? I've been trying to factory reset mine and can't because the screen!!

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. Hope this helps!

I'm having problems too. Doesn't track steps, activity and is sending notifications for no reason.
Tried reset multiple times, no success
