My versa 2 is suddenly gone blank with a green screen when ever it turns on. This is a replacement for a previous versa 2 that simply stopped working.
The watch still tracks steps and heart rate that I can see on my app but it just lights up bright green when on and burns through the battery very quickly. It has been impossible so far to get through to customer support.
