Versa 2 screen is blank

My screen is completely black on my watch. I tried syncing it on the app and it was successful but did not show anything on the screen of my watch. I tried to reset it by holding the side button for 10s. I can feel the feedback vibrations but it never showed the fitbit logo or showed anything but the black screen.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Laurenek1688. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 2 screen is completely black. Thank you for letting me know that you've tried syncing and restarting your device without success.

Please try changing your Charge 2 clock face with the instructions of: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the feedback. I tried 2 different clock faces on the app and my Versa 2 watch is still a blank screen. Any other recommendations to fix this issue?
