Versa 2 screen is blinking and unable to read

My screen is blinking like crazy, started yesterday morning. It does not help to restart. Synch still works but I cannot use the clock when the screen is not readable. Is the display a part you can replace?

Hi @MimiSaari, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the screen issues that your Versa 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Regarding your question, I'm afraid that the screen cannot be replaced.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, monitor your watch and see if the screen works properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I tried to do it, and the rest worked.
Sadly it didn't take away the blinking 😞
The watch is new, got it in May, is there a warranty on these kind of
problems?
