I've had my versa for little over 4 years now and maybe thats why but lately the screen is dim and hard to see. i've checked all settings and not set to dim or sleep mode. I've restarted and nothing. Also there are red lines on the edges of the screen constantly, not just when screen is on.
I've also noticed issues with it not wanting to charge all the time. I'm looking at getting a Samsung watch as thats the kind of phone I have and want to be able to answer calls and texts from my watch.
Just wondering if anyone else has these issues with their Versa 2 after awhile. I already had the issue of the app not staying logged in or syncing with my new phone but had to create a new gmail account to solve that problem.

Hi @Maisyloco - if the red lines go away when you start the Settings app try changing clock face.
It is sad if it is not fixed but at least try a factory reset, not without risk, in case it is a software problem.
The Versa 2 is a great watch, has a good battery life but the Samsung doesn't. Have a look at other brands that offer anything up to 14 days on a charge.
