Versa 2 screen is faded and greenish

This happened last week but resolved itself. But again today my Versa 2 screen faded and greenish. Then the screen rolled into Fitbit logo repeatedly as if attempting to reboot. Touch screen unresponsive and attempting to restart using left side button did nothing. After many attempts, I finally managed a factory reset, uninstalled/reinstalled phone app, unpaired/re-paired device to phone and changed to a different Fitbit clock face. Still greenish and not responding properly to touchscreen or button. This is my fourth Fitbit and I love the Versa but.....it is only 5 months old. Any suggests on what to try next. I plan to call support on Monday. So sad. 😥

Hi there, I’m experiencing the same problem.  Please advise on how I may correct the issue.  My device is fully functional, but the display is just dim & green-toned in color.

I had the exact same problem.  I was unable to get mine fixed as it was over warranty, but clearly it sounds like an issue they are having.  I’m really disappointed too as I now don’t feel like I have a lot of confidence in my Fitbit to work for more than a year.  Too bad.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @skippyjim74@Aswann620. I'm sorry to hear your Versa 2 display is dim and green-toned in color.

Please restart your watch: Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

I understand how frustrating this could be and appreciate your feedback @Aswann620.
