I bought this in December of 2019. The screen won't stop flashing white. I've tried a factory reset multiple times and put it on the charger. And nothing has helped🥺

I'd like you to try a regular restart. To do so, please follow the steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I’ve had this same issue start today. I’ve tried a clock face change with no avail. Then tried putting on charger despite 65% battery. After full charge tried to reset which also didn’t help. Syncs with mobile app and seems fine on app but pushing button and movement brings flashing white screen. Tried a factory reset but am unable to complete it do to not being able to see screen to enter 4 digit code. Please help?!
