My screen is flickering with stripes

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Mine flickered late last week and then turned green. It revived itself but now screen is dim, the touch screen won’t work and the battery is completely dead in less than 24hrs. I’ve done RE-sets and changed clock face and nothing has fixed it. I just chatted with support and now waiting for them to send an email for me to buy a new one, I’m sure. There has to be faulty hardware or firmware causing this for us!
