My FitBit started having issues with the touchscreen. I couldn’t slide it to the right and it eventually just froze on the clock face. Then I tried holding the back button which I had programmed to start a new exercise, but I couldn’t end it because the touchscreen wasn't responding. I let the battery die and then recharged. Now, it’s just frozen on the FitBit logo.
In a previous post I read that I could hold the back button for about 8 seconds, then when the logo disappeared, let go of the button for less than 2 seconds and press it again for over 20 seconds. I tried all of this and it didn’t work - the logo disappears and then comes back again. No vibration or anything.
can you please help? I’ve had my Versa 2 for 4 years and have had zero issues and absolutely love it! I use it all day every day. Would love to get mine working again!!! Thank you.

Welcome to the community, @MarathonRunner.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the screen of your Versa 2.
Please, follow the next steps:
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your device by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Versa 2. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.
Let me know how it goes once you've done this.

Thank you for your quick response @CrisVillaFitbit - unfortunately, my iPhone cannot find the FitBit when I try to connect via Bluetooth. It gives me a message saying "Connection Unsuccessful Make sure "Versa 2" is turned on and in range." So, I cannot perform your first step to sync the FitBit.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks.
