Hi, I recently updated my firmware, and now the screen has frozen. I can not swipe the screen at all. The clock still functions etc. When I double click the one and only button it is on Alexia. I do not have Alexia. Any suggestions please?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team and saw they already solved your issue with the frozen screen. 🙂

Would have been nice if someone else had said they had the same problem, or maybe i had identified a common problem that was occuring for fitbit users. instead of being blown off like that.
