As soon as I arrived at work this morning the screen went static. It's black and I can't see anything on the screen aside from some static occasionally. This happened once before on August 31 and support was able to help. I've tried throughout the day to repair it in the same manner, but it's not working this time. The fix before was to install a new clock face and do a hard reset.
