Versa 2 screen is frozen

I can’t restart it and I can’t swipe away from one page. It’s frozen.

Hi there @thirzavdwolf, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to hear you managed to solve the issue with your Versa 2.

If you come across something similar in the future, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

What happens if you hold the button in for 8-10 seconds, does the display disappear and the logo appear?

The screen turned black. But someone said I needed to hold all 3 buttons in and I did and now it works again 🙂

Hi

i had a similar problem. I could no longer swipe my Versa 2 screen, did a force shut down and the screen is now stuck on the logo. Has been for hours. Any advice?
