Hi there, @31Peter. Welcome to the Community Forums.
To better assist you, would you mind clarifying which screen is frozen? Is it your Versa 2's display or the Fitbit app home page?
If it's your Versa 2's display, please restart it as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
On the other hand, if it's the Fitbit app, try logging out, force quitting the app, and logging back in.
