If you're also having this issue with your Versa 2, please restart your watch as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

The screen on my Versa2 will not turn on. I have tried to restart the screen and it will not turn on although the app says it is charged. I wrote on another thread a few days ago but have not been contacted by a moderator. I hope you can help me.
