Versa 2 screen is frozen

Screen is frozen, I've tried holding down the button on the side to reset it. But that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

Hi @Bannach3 - if the watch is still syncing, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, Gallery tile and try a different clock face, this may unlock the watch frozen state.

Hey Guy_

I tried to change the face, and still nothing. It is actually frozen on the music note screen. I can't swipe to get it to back. It just stays on that screen. It was stuck on the wallet setup screen but some how playing around it went to the music screen. And like I said before pushing the button on the side doesn't do anything.

@Bannach3  - try putting it on charge, to stop it doing what it's doing.

Presumably swiping doesn't work either?

You may have to let it run down so don't charge much if it doesn't unblock it.

I will try to put it on the charger when I get home from work. And no swiping doesn't do anything. I'm open to anymore suggestions you might have. I will let you know if that works.

I had this problem twice already. First time it was stuck on Pandora, then it was stuck on wallet pay. I've solved this by letting the battery die to nothing then put it on the charger and squeeze both sides together where the button is on. The Fitbit logo should appear then let go and it should res
