Versa 2 screen is frozen

My versa 2 button on the left has stopped working along with the screen. It is frozen and I have tried to hold the left button down but nothing happens. I have knocked the Bluetooth off/on. Also tried to change the clock face but it won’t upload anything . Help. It is nearly a year old.

Hi @ClaireLR - Signal the fault to get the warranty replacement in action, and let it run down completely, then recharge it. If it gets hot while charging stop immediately.

Sorry for my ignorance but what do you mean by signal the fault?
I will let the batter my run down and do as you suggested.

@ClaireLR - if the watch is faulty it can only be replaced while under warranty. If you to start the process after the warranty has expired your claim won't be accepted.

 

Therefore you need to notify where you got it from that it is potentially faulty, customer support can help you.
