My versa 2 is stuck on set up files. It was stuck on Spotify which I don't have now stuck on set up files. Spoke to Mariel this morning and not heard anything, also not had quite a year yet and the button no longer works

Hi @Sharondonson - if the button is not working it can be replaced under warranty as it is still covered.

Lucky you, having valid warranty claim. Mine was bought from Harvey Norman, Timaru NZ, and after experiencing the same issue as you after only 18 months, mine has frozen. Harvey Norman assistant did get it going again, but that fix only lasted 2 weeks. Have to go in again and see if they can again free it up. Jolly nuisance.
