Versa 2 screen is fuzzy

I bought my Versa in December of 2019 and now the screen is messed up.  When I wear it the screen goes black and starts rolling white lines of garbage and when I take it off it tries to display the main screen but the is distorted by lines of light.  Do I need a need Versa or can the display be fixed?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I am having a similar issue. I woke up to my screen looking like a tv station when it is off air. Is all fuzz. You can't see anything and a factory reset isn't working. But I am thinking that will not solve my problem. The app on my phone isn't able to connect. I sent a request for service today and am awaiting a response. I have had my Versa 2 for 5 months (purchased Nov 23 2019). This really makes no sense as I know others that have had issues also.
