Weird enough as soon as quarantine began my Versa 2 stopped working...
I received the exclusive edition one as a gift for Christmas and it was fine till a month ago.
I can no longer tap the screen, my fitbit constantly restarts itself, is no longer holding its 4 day charge. Its basically just a normal watch now...
Please someone help, its not like I can bring it in anywhere.

Please restart your Versa manually as described in this help article. After this, try the tips that are listed in this help page in order t improve the battery life of your Fitbit Versa. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
