Versa 2 screen back light is easy to read when in a dark environment but hardly legible in daylight the time, date etc are so dark how can this be rectified

Thank you for sharing the information regarding your Versa 2. Sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing.

Please on your Versa 2 tap settings, then scroll down an tap brightness. You can set it for max. If this doesn’t help you can try restarting your Fitbit by holding down the button until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button.
