my screen is nog working but it conects with my mobile so i can see results there. But ofcourse i want my screen to work.

Same thing happening to me - tried to reset, does not change anything. My clock face will flash on for a second & then go black again.

I ordered now a new fitbit. But every year my fitbit stops working. This
might be the last one......
