Versa 2 screen is stuck and won't respond

Versa 2 face is stuck on a screen. Wont clear by using side buttons to reboot..

Hi @CMSG - if the touchscreen is still working go to the watch settings About menu and do a Shutdown and then charge.

Other things to try.

In the Fitbit App try changing clock face if it is still syncing.

Turn off the phone Bluetooth to disable syncing.

If nothing is working the watch may have internal damage, possibly from moisture, and the only option is to let it run completely flat to force a restart, but it is unlikely to be reliable if you can only get it to restart that way.
