Versa 2 screen is stuck on a blank screen

I have bought a versa 2 from someone and it happen to have the screen apart from the body. It turns on but it only gives a white screen. I tried to connect it to the fitbit app but the screen still shows a blank white screen.

Hi @WowBruh All you can do is to try restartinvnit several times and also try a factory Reset. If these dont help then you will need to contact the person your bought it off.

Restart your tracker  

 

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
