My versa 2 is very dim. It is not in sleep mode. I have changed the brightness settings and nothing changes. I have done a factory reset and that didn't make a difference. Does anyone have any idea's what to do next? Thank you!

Hello there, @DougJones. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
It seems that you've set your Versa 2 in Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon . For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hi Doug, has this just happened over the last couple of days? I’ve had my Versa 2 for 2 or 3 years, it’s always been fine but on Tuesday morning when I woke up, my screen was really dim, to the point that I could hardly see it. It still the same now-I’m not in sleep mode or do not disturb or anything and up until Tuesday (when I spotted the problem) I hadn’t changed any settings or anything. I’ll be interested to see what ideas support come up with.

Hi Victay1. Yes, I believe it happened in the past week or two. Very frustrating. I was hoping an update might come down to fix the issue but so far, nothing. If somebody suggests something that might fix it I will let you know.
