Versa 2 screen is white

My versa two screen is white but still counts steps on app…can’t see anything but white…help

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.

FitBit support said they would send something about my warranty so I could decide what my next step was...but haven't gotten anything.

Support isn't very supportive...

Hey,

 

If you bought in the uk and it's less than 2 years old it is still under warranty. Europe and Switzerland get 2 years not the 1 they initially state.
