Hi, 

I can't seem to change the always on screen settings on my versa 2. The current display is just the digital hour numbers above and minutes below on the left side. 

I have watched video where they change this in settings, digital, battery, core stats etc.. However any changes I make don't show up. I have tried syncing and tonight even did a factory reset but nothing seems to be working.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi there @beatriceleon, it's nice to see you around. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa 2's screen behavior and for taking the time to troubleshoot the inconvenience prior to posting here.

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team just right after posting here and they tried to help you. However, they haven't heard back from you since May 23rd, if you're still having issues with the screen,  please reply back to your case so they can continue assisting you.
