I was just sat watching a film and my versa 2 alarm for 10pm set off but the screen did not show, i pressed the side button which stopped the alarm but i can still not use the device,
It is syncing with the app and still virbrates but there is no response visually from the device,
I have followed steps such as changing the clock face, restarting the device, and factory resetting it but there has been no change.
This was given to me as a birthday gift and i use it daily for multiple things and i am dissappointed that it has just turned off.
