Versa 2 screen not showing correct details

I noticed last night that the stats info is showing words  like "undefine, NaN and ?? (yes that right !!)

The time display is correct and working and all the details along the top, but the details for walking, stairs and the like are letters as stated.

I have reset the watch, just the same!

Is it dead?, is this a way to get me to buy a new fitbit (because that aint happening)

I have had three fitbits now and they have all died, not a good record.

I'd suggest you change the clock face to one performed by Fitbit, following the steps listed here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
