Versa 2 screen not working all the time

Ive been having problems with my screen lately. When Im going to start a run, I'll hit the side button to pull up exercises. But when I hit run or walk on the screen it doesnt do anything. Sometimes it works, other times it doesnt. Its happening more often though. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi @TBone1637, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the screen is not working properly when trying to start a run through the exercises option.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if your watch has the most recent firmware version. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help page.

 

Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if the issue gets fixed.
