Hi all
I hope someone could help me.
I have a Versa 2. It syncs perfectly normally.
All of the Fitness stats and stuff the watch tracks is visible on the app and Fitbit pay even works as normal.
However the screen no longer turns on meaning that If I want to check anything I cannot use the watch itself. The battery also dies very quickly and due to the screen not turning on it is very hard to keep track of the battery life. Is there anywhere I could send it to get a new screen put on and a new battery put in and connected up? There is no reason to throw it out as all the fitness elements of the watch work perfectly which is why I want to get it fixed rather than replaced.

Me too my battery is at 23% and just a black screen
