My versa 2 screen isn't working on the left hand side. Can anyone help

Hi @Carolyndixon 

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried restarting your Versa? If not, please do so by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. Finger crossed a reset resolves your issue.
