Hi,
On Saturday evening, my Versa 2 screen popped open for no apparent reason. I hadn't hit it against anything at all. Now the screen displays a white square. I sync with an iPhone 13.
I'm assuming this is dead now - and I'm super disappointed. I've had this one since September 2020 and I've experienced not very long product life with all of my Fitbit trackers and watches.

Hello, I had a similar issue where I was just sitting down and the screen popped open still tethered...I didn't hear anything but the I couldn't reclose the watch and eventually it separated. I called fitbit and they gave me a discount on purchasing a new watch but it can't be used on sale items which is disappointing.
