Versa 2 screen problem

  • I had a Versa 2 smart watch, it had a problem with the screen, a bright white vertical line appeared on it, only after maybe 1 and a half year of using. The problem appeared well within the guarantee period, so with the help of a local Fitbit parner shop, I was able to get a new watch. 
  • Now, I have the same problem with the watch received back then. The bright white vertical line appeared on the left side of the watch face. 
  • I've tried the suggested methods, but restarting and changing the display did not help. What can be done in this situation?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 have a problem with a bright white vertical line on the left side of the watch face. 

Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. 

Could you please try to manually sync your device ? 

  1. With your Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app and select the Today tab.
  2. Tap and hold on the screen, then pull down until a progress bar appears at the top.
  3. Release your finger and wait for the progress bar to fill.

Please, try as well to change the clock face as shown here : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Dear MarioSFitbit,

I've tried both of your suggestions, but as i previously mentioned, I have already tried changing the clock face several times. 

The problem stays the same, the bright white line does not disappear.

Could you please tell me how I can contact support? Because I've also tried that, but I only seem to get to the auto-generated replies, or the options from which I can choose, and I think it would be better if I could actually talk with someone via email or chat.
