My versa 2 screen shows only a fixed pattern noisy image. It syncs fine. I’ve done the reboot. I’ve changed clock faces but I only get this image (which I evidently can’t post)

Hi there,
I had the same problem with my versa original, last year. Fitbit decided, announced and without my consent, to update the software and ruined my Fitbit. After a few emails and some European laws exchanged, they sent me a refurbished Versa 2 that has a new software version pending which I will not run due to bad software versions from the past. Nowadays, the heartbeat doesn't work normally so I started to use the screen inside my wrist and works fine like that. One thing is for sure, although they have the best app of the smartwatches, I'll never buy Fitbit again. Unless Google start to thing about keeping their products long lasting, I'll not give my money to a company that trashes devices on porpuse so the customers need to buy them more often. I don't care about new technology. I care about long lasting devices and Fitbit, clearly has never had that commitment. It's the second Fitbit trashed due to a bas software version.

I gather that there is zero response.
